Facilities & Grounds

The Facilities and Grounds Department has responsibility for all building and grounds maintenance, repairs, and modification for OTC’s main campuses and extension sites. This includes mechanical and electrical maintenance, structural repairs, heating and air conditioning, and grounds maintenance, to include lawn care and landscaping.

Administrative staff members maintain a computerized work order management system that schedules the maintenance tasks for assignment to appropriate personnel, and documents expenses and work per formed. This database provides important data in the preparation of reports, historical accounting of expenses, and accumulation of supplies and materials utilized.

In addition to the full-time staff, the Facilities and Grounds Department offers a variety of employment opportunities for seasonal and part-time positions.
